Welcome!

Our newly furnished holiday apartment is quietly located in the center of Barchfeld and is suitable for up to 4 guests. The apartment is lovingly decorated and offers about 55 m² of space. It features a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bed linen, dish towels, hand towels, and bath towels are provided. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Free parking is provided. Children will find a playground just across the street. Shops, an ice cream parlor directly opposite, restaurants, hairdressers, and banks are all within a few minutes’ walk. Barchfeld’s central location makes it an ideal base for excursions. The Thuringian Forest and the Rhön are practically on your doorstep. There is also access to the Werratal long-distance cycle path and many hiking trails with beautiful views. Several bathing lakes are nearby, some with playgrounds and mini golf. Canoe tours on the Werra offer plenty to discover. A fun park, waterfall, gnome park, sound experience trail, fairy-tale cave, falconry, and small animal zoo nearby invite you to varied activities. In the surrounding towns like Schmalkalden, Meiningen, Bad Salzungen, and Eisenach, you will find many sights, cinemas, swimming pools, indoor pools, and a graduation tower.
